Jerry graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in business in 1972. He is a CPA with an extensive background in strategic planning, operations, marketing, and finance. He has held senior management positions with several central Pennsylvania companies, and joined Eichelbergers in December 1996 as Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration. In December 1999, he became President and CEO. In January 2003, Jerry purchased the company and added Chairman of the Board to his titles. He is responsible for all the Company's management and operational functions.

Dave comes to Eichelbergers Inc. from the Vartan Group, Inc where he was President and COO for the past fifteen years. He is a 1971 graduate of Pennsylvania State University and holds a P.E. license. He has 12 years of municipal and authority engineering experience in the disciplines of infrastructure, buildings, land development plans, and zoning and grant applications. In addition to municipal engineering Dave has more than 25 years of diverse experience in construction having managed the construction of over 2 million square feet of commercial buildings and hundreds of residential units totaling millions of dollars. His experience includes the 500,000 sq. foot Forum Place, at 30 N. 3rd Street in Harrisburg and more recently an industry leading Gold LEED laboratory building for the PA DEP at 2575 Interstate Drive. Dave is a corporate member of the U.S. Green Building Council. In his capacity as the Executive Vice President and COO of Eichelbergers Inc. Dave will have both the Commercial Group and the Domestic Group reporting directly to him.

Ted oversees the operations of the Somerset office and directs the corporate marketing and capital budget strategies. Ted is also responsible for the company’s overall fleet maintenance and tooling functions. A graduate of Dickinson College, he joined the company in 1990 and is experienced in all areas of the ground water industry. Ted’s vigorous work ethic ensures the successful completion of projects within schedule and within budget, meeting the needs of the company’s clients.

Luke graduated with a B.S. degree in Occupational Safety and Health Management from Millersville University in 1993. As a certified health and safety professional, he is responsible for compliance with EPA, OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory standards.

Ken has extensive field experience in all types of drilling, including mud rotary and simultaneous casing advancement. He specializes in commercial and municipal Water supply projects, well rehabilitation, and commercial Geothermal projects. Ken is a 1988 graduate of Lock Haven University. At Eichelbergers Ken has held a number positions over the past ten years including, Project Manager – Environmental Dept., Senior Project Manager of the Commercial Water Well systems department., and was promoted in November of 2010 to his current position.

Dan received a B.S. degree in Geo-environmental Studies from Shippensburg University in 2004. Dan joined Eichelbergers in June 2004 and gained valuable experience working in the field. His experience includes all facets of the environmental drilling industry, as well as geotechnical and commercial drilling. In 2008, Dan was promoted to Senior Project Manager in the environmental drilling department and has managed numerous environmental drilling projects from soil borings at retail gas stations to recovery wells at Superfund sites. In November of 2010 Dan was promoted to his current position.

Kelly is a graduate of Shippensburg University, with a degree in Geo-Environmental Science, a certified Healthcare Environmental Manager (HEM) with laboratory, consulting, risk management and loss control experience. He is also a Certified Ergonomic Compliance Director (CECD). Kelly is responsible for the development and implementation of safety consultation services.

Dwayne’s experience includes 10 years as a master driller in early groundwater investigations. In addition to working throughout Pennsylvania, he holds driller certifications for Maryland and West Virginia, and is a National Groundwater Association certified contractor. He provides technical assistance to engineers and geologists regarding project planning for the installation of monitoring and recovery wells.

Mark has been a Project Manager in the Commercial Environmental Drilling Services department since August 2004. He holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Environmental Science and a Masters of Arts in Physical Geography, both from the University of South Florida.

Paul has 20+ years of experience as a master mechanic installing high-volume pumps and water systems, constructing groundwater remediation systems, and implementing a variety of piping and trenching projects. His education includes training in pumps, motors, and electrical control systems. He provides technical assistance to engineers regarding project planning, helping ensure the completion of jobs on time and within budget.

Kurt has been with Eichelbergers, Inc. since November 2007. He spent the first eight months of his employment gaining valuable hands on experience in all facets of the well drilling business. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Geology from Millersville University. Kurt in conjunction with the other project managers within the department is responsible for acquiring, scheduling, and executing environmental drilling projects.

Bob has been with Eichelbergers, Inc. since 1991. His previous position with the company was a technician in the water quality department. Prior to holding this position Bob conducted site investigations with Geoprobe sampling equipment. Bob also has extensive experience with aquifer testing.

Keith started with Eichelbergers Inc in 1987. He is a certified water systems operator with a class A, E license. Keith is currently the Certified Operator for several public water supply sites throughout Central Pennsylvania and is the head of our circuit underwriter program. His duties with Eichelbergers Inc. include the design of small water systems and maintaining records and reporting to DEP as well as managing our residential / commercial sales and service departments. Prior to reaching his current position, Keith worked in the field performing the installation and service of commercial and residential treatment applications.

Dave oversees domestic water well drilling and pump installations for the Mechanicsburg office serving the greater Central PA area. Dave specializes in working with home builders and new homeowners to fulfill their water needs.

Kevin has been with the Company since 1985. His focus is field employee development and training. In addition to working throughout Pennsylvania, his accreditations include Maryland driller certification, a West Virginia driller license, and a Master Drillers License with the National Ground Water Association.

Chris joined Eichelbergers, Inc. in 1988. Chris' focus is developing and training employees in drilling techniques and methodology. Prior to advancing to his current position, Chris was a senior drilling in the Environmental Drilling Department. Chris maintains a National Ground Water Association certification and is licensed in New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and West Virginia.

Ken has 19 years experience in the drilling industry. His previous work experience includes 8 years as a drilling supervisor for Penn Dot and 11 years as a drill rig operator for 2 geotechnical firms. Ken is responsible for acquiring, scheduling, and executing geotechnical drilling projects. Ken holds a masters geotech drillers license in Maryland and Delaware.

Scott has been with Eichelbergers since 1988.

Kristen is a graduate of Millersville University, with a degree in Occupational Safety & Health Management, a Certified Human Resources Manager (SHRM) with extensive production experience. Kristen is responsible for provision of safety consultation services.
